Exchanges and returns
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and help with the most suitable next step.
For size exchanges, items should be unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair or odours. Return and re-delivery costs follow the store’s current exchange conditions.
